  • Analisi e valutazione dei rischi secondo la norma UNI EN ISO 12100 e il rapporto tecnico UNI ISO/TR 14121-2
  • I documenti che devono essere forniti all’utilizzatore finale: dichiarazione di conformità e/o dichiarazione di incorporazione, istruzioni per l’uso e/o istruzioni per l’assemblaggio

 

–Approfondimento tecnico sulle principali norme per il soddisfacimento dei requisiti essenziali di sicurezza e di salute:

  • ripari fissi e mobili UNI EN ISO 14120
  • dimensionamento e posizionamento dei ripari (norme UNI EN ISO 13857, UNI EN ISO 13855)
  • circuiti di comando che svolgono funzione di sicurezza: i PL , cenni sulla UNI EN ISO 13849-1 e UNI EN 13849-2
  • interblocchi dei ripari (norma UNI EN ISO 14119)
  • rapporto tecnico ISO/TR 24119 sul mascheramento dei guasti dei dispositivi di interblocco connessi in serie
  • spazi per evitare lo schiacciamento del corpo (norma UNI EN 349)
  • dispositivi di protezione sensibili (norma UNI EN ISO 13855 e specifica tecnica CEI CLC/TS 62046)
  • arresti di emergenza (UNI EN ISO 13850)
  • temperature superficiali (norme UNI EN ISO 13732-1, UNI EN ISO 13732-3)
  • prevenzione e protezione contro il rischio di incendio (UNI EN ISO 19353)
  • valutazione del rischio generato dalle radiazioni emesse dal macchinario (serie norma UNI EN 12198)
  • cenni sull’equipaggiamento elettrico delle macchine (CEI EN 60204-1)
  • scale, piattaforme, passerelle (serie norme UNI EN ISO 14122)
