Nonostante tutti gli sforzi profusi dalle persone responsabili per la gestione sicura delle sostanze chimiche pericolose, la storia insegna che non si può escludere che si possano ancora verificare incidenti in grado di evolvere in situazioni anche catastrofiche.
Pertanto, occorre prepararsi a rispondere a tali eventi in modo efficace per ridurre al minimo gli impatti fisici sulle persone ed economici associati ai danni materiali. Questi incidenti dimostrano la necessità garantire un adeguato e continuo livello di competenze e attenzione per prevenire tali eventi e far fronte a tali emergenze qualora si verificassero.
Il corso fornisce il focus tecnico per le persone responsabili deputate a pianificare e fronteggiare le situazioni di emergenza che si spera non accadano mai ma che sono comunque possibili.
